Operation Flush/Urban Development
The Ministry for Grand Bahama will work closely with Urban Renewal 2.0 to document all homes, especially in the outlying Settlements, that have out-door toilets. A systematic program will be initiated to eliminate all such facilities, to be replaced by the construction of in-door facilities in the homes. In addition, the Ministry for Grand Bahama, in collaboration with the Ministry of Works and Urban Renewal 2.0, will carry out minor home repairs on the Island for families in need.
