All Citizens, Residents and Non Residents can send parcels containing bulky items via air.

• The maximum weight for a parcel is 44 lbs.
• The maximum size for a parcel is 3ft 6 inches in length and 6ft 7 inches in length and girth combined.

1. Present the parcel at the post office counter at any post office location.
2. Complete a customs declaration form. ( CN22 Form)
3. Complete the address label.
4. Pay relevant fees.

Note: International Air Parcels are shipped from The Family Islands to the Main Post Office to be forwarded.

This service can be accessed at all District and Sub Post Offices in The Family Islands.

Note: For collection of a parcel, the following items are required:

• Proof of identification – Valid Driver’s Licence, Passport, Bahamian Voter’s Card, or National Insurance Photo ID
• Notice of Advice sent by Post Office. If you have not received a Notice of Advice from the Post Office, please visit the Parcel Post Office located at the General Post Office, East Hill Street, Nassau.
