The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services provides the following Inmate Services:

1. Inmate Visitation
2. Property Intake Services
3. Commissary Services
4. Inmate Phone Services
5. Lawyer Visit
6. Pastoral Visit

TO USE THESE SERVICES YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:

1. You must present a Valid Government Issued Photo Identification:
   • Passport
   • Drivers License
   • Voters Card
   • NIB Smart Card
   • Bar Association Identification (Attorneys)
2. Attorneys must present both a Valid Government and Bar Association Identifications.
3. Cellphones are Prohibited.
4. Personal Handbags are Prohibited.
5. No funds are allowed with the exception of when conducting a business transaction.
6. Personal items such as bags, hats, and sun glasses are prohibited. 

Visitor’s Dress Code:

1. No sleeveless shirts
2. No political paraphernalia
3. No Memorial paraphernalia
4. No Clothing with Derogatory Words or Photos
5. No Short Pants
6. Skirts must fall 2 inches below the knee
7. No Transparent clothing
8. No tight-fitted clothing
9. No Camouflage clothing or footwear
10. No ripped jeans
11. No jewelry
