The Public Service Centre for Human Resource Development should be consulted prior to the organization of all In-House Training Courses, particularly where funds are being dispensed. This training should complement The Ministry / Department training plan. For courses being offered at The Public Service Centre for Human Resource Development, Ministries / Departments would be invited to participate in such courses, rather than mount them individually. The Public Service Centre for Human Resource Development will mount specific training courses for Ministries / Departments upon request. The objective is to prevent the duplication of training efforts within The Public Service.
