This programme is aimed at equipping the Bahamian workforce, especially those in the tourism sector, with the essential product knowledge, customer service skills and leadership competencies required for success in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Anyone in the national workforce of The Bahamas, especially those workers in the tourism sector, such as hotel employees, straw vendors, hair braiders, public service drivers and sales associates, can apply.
- Complete the application form.
- Submit the completed form to the Ministry of Tourism.
- Submit the completed form along with the application fee.
Note: Your application and fee will be valid for two years.
Interested persons from the Family Islands are asked to contact the Ministry of Tourism Offices on the Family Islands. Where there are no Ministry of Tourism Offices, persons are asked to apply at the Administrator’s Office on the respective islands.
