Registered Agents who have obtained their Financial and Corporate Service Providers licence through the Securities Commission.
Note: Registered Agents on the Family Islands must be licensed in New Providence.
- The applicant completes and files the required documents and information at the Company’s Section of the Registrar General’s Department.

- Letter of Compliance
- Amended and Restated Memorandum.
- Articles of Association along with a copy of the originating Memorandum and Articles of the Regular Company.

Applicant is required to pay BS$350.00 if capital is less than BS$50,000.00 and BS$1000.00 if capital is over BS$50,000.00
