Citizens/Residents and Business with a valid credit or debit card (Is currency an issue i.e. B$ or US$)
- Registration at the Government Portal (receive access codes)
- Logon to Registry Services
- Select Pay Annual Fees
- Enter company details
- Enter the year to pay
- Enter Credit or Debit Card information
- After approval, print receipt
No forms are necessary.
No documentation is needed.
Customer-driven
International Business Companies, payment due Jan. 1 each year. There are subsequent penalties of 10% on April 1 and 50% on Nov. 1 if Annual fees are not paid for IBCs. If the fees are not paid in full by Jan. 1, the IBC is struck off the Register.
