In accordance with the Cooperative Societies Act 2005 & Cooperative Societies Regulations 2012 (Proposed), all cooperative societies must submit monthly statistical reports at the end of each month’s activities, signed by the General Manager and Chief Accounting Officer.


Eligibility 

All Registered Cooperative Societies.

Process 
  1. All cooperative societies are supplied with a soft and hard copy of the Monthly Statistical Report.
  2. Complete these forms including the activities for the current month.
  3. An electronic copy of the reports may be emailed to the Department of Cooperative Development, but the hard copy must follow in the mail.  The report must be submitted along with the supporting documents listed below.
  4. Once submitted, the report is reviewed by the department.  The department may require additional information and or clarification on the submitted reports.

Deadline 
Monthly Statistical Reports should be submitted two weeks after the end of the month.
Related Fee(s) 

No fees are payable to the Department of Cooperative for this service.  However, the Director of Societies may levy a fine for non-compliance.
