The Bahamas Development Bank (BDB), in partnership with UN Women, recently hosted a Women in Business Empowerment Retreat with nearly 70 dynamic women. The event, held as part of BDB’s ongoing commitment to fostering economic empowerment and gender equality, was designed to equip participants with the tools and insights necessary to break boundaries, elevate their careers, and connect with a powerful network of like-minded women.
