Many Youngsters and Stakeholders Take Part in All Boys Church Service and March

NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Scores of boys, family members and other stakeholders attended the Division of Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture All Boys Church Service held on June 2, 2024, at Church of God of Prophecy East Street Tabernacle.  Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture the Hon. Mario Bowleg brought encouraging remarks; and the tabernacle's Bishop Hulan Hanna, and Mt. Pleasant Green Baptist Church's Bishop Wesley Thompson were among the clergy taking part.  Among those present were Acting Director of Culture Dereka Deleveaux-Grant, Assistant Director of Culture Portia Sands and other members of the division; representatives of various youth groups, including the Royal Bahamas Police Force Cadets and the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Rangers; RBDF Base Executive Officer Commander Origin Deleveaux, and other representatives of the uniformed branches; heads of youth organisations; and other stakeholders.  After the service, many marched to Christie Park, drawing many well wishers along the way.
