NASSAU, The Bahamas -- The National Training Agency (NTA) held its closing ceremony for the latest Cohort of Trainees, October 2, 2024 -- a class of 109 Students. They completed a four-week mandatory workforce preparatory program, with soft skills featured prominently. The students proceed now to the 10-week practical part of the program comprising hands-on learning in 13 disciplines. The goal is to take young men and women and have them skilled for entry level job placement. Various sponsors of the program attended the ceremonies and spoke to the trainees, giving them words of encouragement, inspiration, and insight as they seek gainful employment in the job market.
