Under customs regulation commercial aircrafts (passengers / cargo) are required to provide an Aircraft General Declaration, passenger and cargo manifest.
All aircraft entering The Bahamas from a foreign port.
- Complete the required C7 – Inward Declaration for Commercial Aircraft form in triplicate.
- Present the form in triplicate to the Customs Officer at the point of arrival at the Port of entry in The Bahamas along with other supporting documents
- Once the forms are processed, a copy is given to Customs, Immigration and the pilot for his records.

- Proof of citizenship/Identification for the captain (Passport) and other crew and passengers.
- Passenger manifest.
- Cargo manifest.

This process must be completed within 24 hours after arrival into Bahamian waters.
Two types of fees are applicable:
C-7: - Processing Fees. $75.00
Service charges are charged on flights arriving before 9am and after 5pm, Monday to Friday and on Saturdays 12:01 am – 12 midnight & Sundays from 12:01 am - 9 am on Monday.
For Commercial airlines, the fees are as follows:

- Not exceeding 30 seats is BS$50.00 per hour.
- Exceeding 30 but not 70 seats is BS$100.00 per hour.
- Exceeding 70 seats is BS$200.00 per hour.
For Cargo Airlines, the fee is BS$50 per hour
Landing fees are based on the weight of the Aircraft. (These fees are administered by Civil Aviation)
Note: The landing fees are collected by Customs in the Family Island ports only. The rate sheet can be obtained from Civil Aviation Department.
