- Complete relevant forms.
- Present documents to the Comptroller of Customs.
- Collect goods.
- Pay import duties.

- Completed required C19 form (Application for release of perishable or other goods prior to payment of duty).
- Completed CB1 form.
- Invoices (where applicable).
- Shipping / Airline documents (bill of lading / airway bill, any other documents provided by the supplier).
- Agricultural Permit (optional based on items).
- Phytosanitary Certificate (optional based on items).
- For individuals - Proof of ownership/identification (passport or driver’s licence).
- For businesses - Proof of valid business licence.
There is a processing fee of $25.00 associated with this service. The Customs Broker may charge for preparation of supporting documents.
