Registered Agents can register an exempted limited partnership at the Companies Section of the Registrar General’s Department.

1. A Registered Agent who has a Financial and Corporate Service Providers Licence through the Securities Commission.
2. An ELP must have a Partner such as a company or individual.

1. The applicant should obtain the relevant supporting documents and submit to the Company’s Registry section of the Registrar General’s Department.
2. Pay the incorporation fee.

There is no application form for this service.

1. Certificate of good standing.
2. Certificate of IBC Incorporation of general partners.

There is a registration fee of BS$850.00
