The Philatelic Bureau is responsible for the sale of definitive and commemorative stamps, along with First Day Covers (FDCs) and Cancel to Order (CTO) envelopes to both local and international customers.

Purchasing Philatelic Items.

• Citizens can visit the Philatelic Bureau and purchase philatelic items.
• Non-Residents can open a standing order account in the amount of BS$25.00 or more. Payment can be made via a US International Money Order, a US Bank Draft or EU cheque. After the account is opened, as commemorative items are developed, these items will be mailed to the customer.
