All Shipping agents of Cargo or Passenger vessels, airlines and any importer using direct delivery of goods can request the services of a Customs Officer for the clearance of crafts or examination of goods outside of Customs premises, to facilitate the boarding/entering of aircraft and vessels, Bonded Warehouses or any other service that occurs away from the Customs Department’s regular place of business.

- For Aircraft Cargo Inspection – Complete and submit an Attendance Request (Form C1) to Officer-In-Charge of Examination Unit at Customs Headquarters.
- For Vessel Cargo Inspection – Complete and submit an Attendance Request (Form C1) to Officer-In-Charge of Examinations Unit at the Customs Department.
- For Container Inspection – Complete and submit an Attendance Request (Form C1) for an onsite examination to Officer-In-Charge of Examinations Unit at the Customs Department.
- For Inspection of commodities imported under the Duty Free Concessions – Complete and submit an Attendance Request (Form C1) to Officer-In-Charge of Aided Industries/Concessions Unit.
