As the Government’s technical focal point for GIS in The Bahamas the BNGIS Centre is considered a national asset and as such makes its resources available for use by governmental use only.

Available resources for use by governmental agencies (only) include a variety of equipment including but not limited to:

• High end plotters.
• Large format scanner (color).
• GPS handheld units. 
• GPS tripods. 
• Colour printers.
• LCD projectors.
• Projector screen.

Agencies are required to procure ink and paper supplies and provide technical human resources to setup and print/scan as required. All requests should be made by the agency’s appointed GIS liaison Officer who may through their department heads make formal requests. Favorable response from the BNGIS Centre is based on availability of resources.
