In accordance with the Cooperative Societies Act of 2005, all cooperatives are subject to comply to the submission of financial data and reporting as deemed necessary under the powers of the Director of Societies.   

Ongoing monitoring is conducted by way of off-site inspections.   The standard monitoring is facilitated by the submission of the following reports:

Submission of Monthly Statistical Reports
Submission of Annual Statistical Reports
Submission of Annual Audit Reports

Upon a review of reports, the Department may request additional documents, reports, and meetings with management and operational staff.
