Grand Bahama Office, Department of Social Services co-ordinates Social Services in the Northern Bahamas, including the Abacos and Bimini.  It provides all of the Department of Social Services’ programmes and services that are available in New Providence. It also has responsibility for Columbus House for Boys and Columbus House for Girls – group homes for youths, and the Grand Bahama Children’s Home – a group home for children.
