The purpose of the service is for involuntary liquidation of a regular Bahamian registered company.

• Beneficial Owners of Companies.
• Registered Agents who have obtained their Financial and Corporate Service Providers Licence through the Securities Commission.

Note: If there are Registered Agents on the Family Islands they must be licensed in New Providence.

The applicant completes and files the required documents and information at the Company’s Section of the Registrar General’s Department or with a Registered Agent.

There are no application forms for this service.

• A letter/resolution signed by a Director or Registered Agent stating that the company has no assets or liabilities.
• A director/secretary’s affidavit of the company.

There are no fees associated with this service.
