Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET): the Singapore Experience

Applicants for this course should be principals, educators, mid to senior level officials from government education institutions, education ministries, and related government agencies.

Organizer: Singapore Cooperation Programme Training Award (SCPTA) / Small Island Developing States Technical Cooperation Programme (SIDSTEC)
Date: 5th – 9th March, 2018
Course Length: 5 Days
Submission: Deadline for submission of applications – 29th January, 2018
Overview: The overall objective of this programme is to allow TVET Principals and Leaders to gain insight into Singapore’s policy framework and systems for TVET, including its experience in TVET administration and delivery.

2.1 Candidates must be nominated by their respective governments.


2.2 Candidates should be proficient in written and spoken English.


2.3 Candidates must be in good health.


2.4 Candidate selection will be based on merit.
